United Way of Southern Kentucky to invest in Teen Center
United Way of Southern Kentucky announces they will be making a $25,000 investment into Boys and Girls Club of Bowling Green’s Teen Center.
According to a release, the club broke ground on the new Teen Center June 18th the first of it’s kind in Warren County, providing an after-hours home for teens that a safe place and a place to belong.
Although serving young people ages 13-18, and targeting those most-at-risk and disconnected from resources for success, the Teen Center is expected to open this fall and welcomes all youth.
The United Way of Southern Kentucky says this investment and Teen Center, will continue to positively serve and improve the lives of generations to come in our community.
