News 40 is in Bowling Green, the fastest-growing city in the Commonwealth of Kentucky. We are nestled along Interstate 65 between Nashville, TN and Louisville, KY, where you’ll feel welcome from the moment you arrive. Bowling Green is proud to be the home of Western Kentucky University, the Bowling Green Hot Rods baseball team, Fruit of the Loom, Camping World, and home of the Corvette. Speaking of cars, we also love planes and trains, music and guitars, caves and waves, rails and trails, and farms and charm. Our community is geared for couples, families, and FUN, with an endless number of things to do. So, whether you’re looking for thrills, nostalgia, or all things local, we’re the place for you!

The heart and soul of our station is our team. We are diverse in every way, representing the communities we serve. We are committed to meeting the needs of our market, so we partner with area nonprofits to sponsor over 75 fundraising events each year. In our 20 years in the market, we have raised millions of dollars to help our community and we continue to raise that bar each year. We have a compelling story, a goal-oriented culture, and we take really good care of people. How good? Here is a glimpse: great benefits, open-door policy, upward mobility, and a strong desire to see you succeed.
