The Workshop will open with a discussion of what to expect during a physical attack Then we will talk about ways to avoid being in a situation where you might be attacked. We also talk about things that will help prepare you to be mentally and emotionally prepared to use violence to protect yourself. You then learn and practice techniques that can be used quickly and effectively.
