Spring and summer quickly approaches. Are you ready to get out of your sweaters and into your spring/summer outfits that allows you to proudly express your physique? Prepare by supplementing your dieting and workout with yoga practice! You can join me in March, when I am teaching a Japanese “flow yoga” class that is designed to tone your body and adjust your posture in preparation for the spring and summer.
Please note that although this is an “all-level” class taught in Japanese, non-Japanese speakers are welcome! Everyone from yoga beginners to experienced yogis can participate, enjoy, and benefit from the class.

Be Happy goat yoga is here!! Experience your yoga practice on a whole new level!! If you prefer to lay on your mat and just snuggle with a baby goat, it is your yoga time, Goat Yoga is different every time we practice! Some days the goats are cuddly, other days they are rambunctious! (Just like people) This experience is practicing letting go of expectations and enjoying the moment for what it is! Classes are taught by an instructor from Be Happy Yoga & Salt Cave at Buck Creek Stables in Smith’s Grove! In these 45 minute salt cave sessions, allow yourself to get deeper into relaxation while guided through physically and mentally relaxing the body while enjoying all the benefits of the salt cave. Learn breathing techniques to enhance the benefits of the salt cave and to soothe symptoms of anxiety, depression or chronic pain. $30 drop in or $5 with a salt cave pass.
BG OnStage is holding auditions for choir members for our production of “The Hunchback of Notre Dame”. We are looking for singers ages 14 to Adult. There will be two rounds of ‘auditions’ on Sunday, April 28th. The first one will be at 3pm and the second will be at 4pm. Yin Yoga is a slower paced style of yoga in which the poses are held for a longer period of time in order to achieve a deeper stretch of the connective tissue, bones and joints. Helps to calm the mind and nervous system while maintaining emphasis on the breath and an inward focus. Through yoga, breathing is enhanced and therefor the benefits of the salt cave are enhanced.
