Come join us as we teach a new generation about enjoying the outdoors. We will have two FREE workshops every Saturday, Sunday and Thursday thru July 21st. The workshops will change every week. Each workshop will have a craft or some practice ranges. They will also receive a free Backpack Clip at the end of every workshop. The first weekend workshops will begin with Watersports and Backyard Adventures on June 22nd & 23rd. Starting every Thursday after begins new workshops. Week 2 will be Fishing 101 & Camping/Hiking; Week 3 will be Watersports & Fishing 101; Week 4 Shooting/Archery & Camping/Hiking. and the final Week 5 Shooting/Archery & Backyard Adventure. Times will range between Noon -3pm. Please check website or store for more information. We will also have Free Games and Activities every Thursday, Saturday & Sunday.

Visit with eight former residents who will share the fun, tragic, romantic, local, state and national events that impacted their lives or the community.
Meet: Leana Brown Adams, Robert Armstrong, Cap Carden, Eleanor Jane Chapline, J.D. Craddock, John Haggard, Aunt Sarah, Dr. C.J. Walton.
The event is Free. Due to limited capacity registration is highly recommended.
Tours begin at 6:30, 7:30 and 8:30 pm. Please arrive 15 minutes prior to tour. Late arrivals will need to wait until the next tour.
Wear comfortable shoes. If you have mobility issues, please make preparations for standing or sitting at each site. The tour will last approximately 45 minutes.
Donations will be accepted at the cemetery which will support programming at the Hart County Historical Society.

Join us for the 23rd Annual Duncan Hines Festival hosted by the Bowling Green Junior Woman’s Club! This is a free community event that includes activities such as Uncle Duncan’s Duck Derby, BG Brownie Eating Championship, silent auction, music, arts and crafts vendors, and food. Followed by Ice Cream and a MOOvie.
