Injured Scott County deputy returns home

A Scott County deputy injured in the line of duty is finally headed home from the hospital.

Hundreds of people lined the street as a motorcade rode by honoring deputy Jaime Morales. 

Morales was shot in the line of duty in September. He has had multiple surgeries and much of his body is paralyzed.

He arrived back in Scott County around to a hero’s welcome with an escort from the county line to his home.
