Hamilton sets pace in 70th Anniversary Grand Prix practice

SILVERSTONE, England (AP) — Lewis Hamilton has set the fastest time in the second practice session for the 70th Anniversary Grand Prix at Silverstone. Hamilton beat his teammate Valtteri Bottas’ best time by .176 seconds. Daniel Ricciardo was the fastest of the non-Mercedes cars but nearly a second off the pace. Sebastian Vettel parked his Ferrari late in the session after it began gushing fluid from its damaged floor. The race marks the 70th year since the Formula One championship began.
