Glasgow police arrest five people on drug charges after traffic stop

The Glasgow Police Department conducted a traffic stop Wednesday that lead to the arrest of five on drug charges.

Officers say they located methamphetamine inside of the vehicle with Steven Turner, 27, and Shelly Smith, 34, and learned that they had left their child at a residence with several other subjects.

Officers responded to Grandview Avenue to do a welfare check on the small child and say those individuals inside the home had methamphetamine, several needles and a glass pipe.

Alongside the child’s parents, Roscoe Ennis, 46, and Lindsey Willoughby, 29, were also charged with possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Bryant Stone, 23, was also arrested and charged with tampering with physical evidence and possession of drug paraphernalia.

All were lodged in the Barren County Detention Center.
