Barren County Man Under Arrest for Identity Theft

A Barren County man is behind bars, charged with impersonating his brother. 

Glasgow police say 37-year-old Malcolm Booher attempted to use his brother’s identity to avoid being arrest over some outstanding active warrants that he had. Booher was arrested and charged with identity theft of another without consent. 

Tonight, he remains in the Barren County Jail.
