4th Annual Hughes and Coleman Chili Cook-Off Raises $425 For St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital
On Tuesday, January 28, 2014, Hughes and Coleman Injury Lawyers held their 4th Annual Hughes and Coleman Chili Cook-Off to support St. Jude Children's Research Hospital. All employees were encouraged to take part in purchasing a Chili Cook- Off t-shirt and lunch ticket. This year Hughes and Coleman raised $425.00 from their event and all the money raised was donated to the hospital.
Eight employees entered their chili recipes in the cook off. Employees voted for the best chili recipe and this years cook off was won by Andrea Meeks with her famous “Wrecking Ball” chili.
Meeks said, “I enjoy the Hughes and Coleman Chili Cook-Off every year and look forward to making a new chili recipe and support everything St. Jude does for children all over the United States.”
Hughes and Coleman holds St. Jude Children's Research Hospital dear to their hearts, as they do with many children oriented programs. Not only do they hold the Annual Hughes and Coleman Chili Cook-Off, they also sponsor the St. Jude Children's Research Hospital Phone Bank. It gives the employees the opportunity to give back to their community in a big way. Hughes and Coleman employees are also volunteering this Thursday and Friday to answer phones and take donations for St. Jude during the annual radio-thon for St. Jude.
