Glasgow, KY -

Four people were arrested in Glasgow over the weekend after police say a driver took police on a pursuit.

It happened Sunday on Happy Valley Road.

According to Glasgow Police, a car was seen traveling on the wrong side of the road. Officers say they attempted to stop the vehicle, but the driver kept going, reaching speeds in excess of 100 miles per hour.

The pursuit ended on JP Blevins Road in Metcalfe County. Police say the driver, later identified as Cody Norris, 25, of Summer Shade, Kentucky, got out of the vehicle and fled on foot before being apprehended.

Officers say they located digital scales and suspected gabapentin inside the vehicle.

Norris was arrested on multiple drug and traffic charges.

Three passengers in the vehicle, Joshua Miller, 26, of Glasgow, Ciera Wilk, 23, of Bowling Green, and Amber Huff, 18, of Glasgow, were also arrested on drug charges.

All four were lodged in the Barren County Detention Center.
