Through investigation, they say they discovered 26-year-old Bobby Baker, who was hired to replace said metal fins, had been selling them at various recycling locations.

Troopers arrested and charged Baker with theft by unlawful taking and receiving stolen property valued up to or under 10-thousand-dollars.

Troopers also arrested 30-year-old Johnathan Stoddart in connection to the case.

He's charged with theft by unlawful taking and receiving stolen property valued under five-hundred-dollars.
