A Hart County man was busted in Glasgow during a traffic stop.
Glasgow police say they stopped a vehicle on N. L Rogers Wells Boulevard for a vehicle without an illuminated rear license plate.
Officers say they observed a man in the back seat, identified as William Milby, 43.
According to officers, they had knowledge that Milby had an active bench warrant out for his arrest. It turns out, he had two warrants. Officers say they also located a syringe, two glass pipes, and meth.
Milby was arrested and charged with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
