Bowling Green, KY -

Update: According to Kentucky Transportation Cabinet's District 3 twitter, @KYTCDistrict3, the lanes should now be open, but it will take time for the traffic flow to get back up to speed.

Tuesday morning, around mile marker 14 near the Warren Simpson County line, there is what the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet is calling a truck spill.

The standstill traffic went on for miles, and according to a KYTC District 3 tweet, there is now one lane open. Crews expect to have a second lane open in about an hour.
