Kentucky High Speed Internet At A Stand Still

A project to spread high-speed internet capability across the common wealth is at a stand still. The project needs more than $100 million to keep it alive. On Monday, wired officials plead their case to state lawmakers who discussed the issue, but made no decision. Aside from this projects budget, those lawmakers will have to decide how to spend over $70 billion in State and Federal taxes over the next two years.
