Two people have been killed in a train collision in South Carolina early Sunday morning.

Sixty-two patients have been treated and six have been admitted at the three main hospitals.

Some passenger cars to derail.

Captain Adam Myrick from the Lexington County Sheriff's Office confirmed that the two people who were killed were Amtrak personnel.
