More than two dozen people had to be evacuated from a ferry on a frigid night in the waters off New York City.
The ferry hit a sandbar Wednesday night and got stuck for hours.
All 27 passengers were pulled off the boat by about 10:30 and taken back to land by fire department boats.
This is the second stranding in a month for the city's newly expanded ferry service.
Thankfully, no injuries were reported.
