Alvaton, KY -

An Alvaton man is in custody after leading sheriff deputies on not one, but two high speed pursuits.

21-year-old Lance Davis is in the Warren County Regional Jail facing a slew of charges including speeding over 26 miles per hour, reckless driving and wanton endangerment.

On Friday around 9 p.m. Warren County Sheriff's deputies attempted to pull over Davis on his 2006 Yamaha motorcycle for speeding on Russellville Road.

Davis refused to stop, leading police on a high-speed chase which was terminated due to public safety.

A short time later, deputies found Davis on the 1100 block of Woodburn Allen Springs Road, which lead to another pursuit. Davis finally stopped the motorcycle and was taken into custody.
